Maine Arts Camp Philosophy
Maine Arts Camp is a vibrant, close-knit arts camp where creative kids and teens thrive. Located in New Hampshire and easily accessible from Boston and across New England, our summer camp serves families looking for a meaningful, arts-centered experience. With a maximum of 90 campers per session, every camper gets the personal attention they deserve, allowing them to grow artistically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive, inspiring environment.
Here, campers dive into performing arts, visual arts, film, digital art, culinary arts, creative writing, outdoor adventures, and more. Surrounded by like-minded peers and led by exceptional staff, including professional artists, teachers, and seasoned camp leaders, campers develop confidence, resilience, and lifelong friendships.
Being a small New Hampshire summer camp means we truly know our campers. We learn their names, passions, and needs. It also allows us to handpick an outstanding staff, ensuring each child receives expert guidance, encouragement, and care throughout their time at camp.

Our Staff
Since our camp is smaller than most overnight camps, we can be more selective in the hiring process, be it with the teachers and professionals who teach most of our activities or with the dorm staff who live with and care for our campers.
Our Location
Maine Arts Camp is located on the campus of Tilton School in Tilton, NH. Tilton School is a unique community located in the heart of New Hampshire’s Lake Region.
