Alethea Cono

Alethea lives with her husband and two children in Massachusetts and is a teacher licensed in Social Studies for grades 5 through 12. She is dedicated to the idea that education is a life-long pursuit, and has worked in a range of educational environments, including museums, middle school, high school, and higher ed. She has also worked in the senior living industry, where she helped people in their golden years to engage in their community and pursue their passions. Alethea enjoys assisting with marketing and outreach for Maine Arts Camp, because she loves connecting with people and helping them to find enriching opportunities. She has a special place in her heart for northern New England, as she has fond memories of vacationing there with her family as a child. Alethea loves spending time outdoors and especially enjoys hiking the beautiful trails of New England.
