Summer Camp Registration

Maine Arts Camp now offers the ability to handle all aspects of your camp enrollment completely online including submitting forms using our online portal at my.maineartscamp.com.

Before registering, please read our FAQs to make sure Maine Arts Camp is the right camp for your child.

To participate in our Referral Program, please include the name of the family that referred you in your registration. If you are referring camper(s), have them include your name.

By registering for camp and/or creating a portal account you agree to the Maine Arts Camp Terms & Conditions.

For a no fee option, ZELLE is a safe and speedy option, if your bank provides the service.

Enrollment Fees: For enrollments before April 15, 2027, the deposit is $1,500, with the balance due by April 15. For enrollments April 15 or later, the full tuition is due upon enrollment.

Payment Plans: Let’s connect your camper with an unforgettable camp experience! Reach out to us to discuss payment plan options.

Withdraws: Prior to February 1, 2027 only deposits are refundable (less a $150 processing fee). After February 1, deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Camp Insurance: Please consider purchasing Travmark Insurance in case of an unforeseen emergency that prevents your child from attending camp. If you have questions about camp insurance, please contact Travmark directly before enrollment and/or making deposits and final payments. Visit the Camp Insurance page for more information.

Late Fees: Any unpaid balances for campers registered, but not paid by April 15 or the agreed-upon payment plan date, will incur a late fee of 1% per month.
