Molly Syms-Wilson - Dorm counselor
Summer camps have always been a highlight of Molly's year since she was little, attending her first overnight camp when she was seven years old. Born and raised in Canada, Molly grew up in a house where music was always being played in some room. Her elementary school’s rendition of Cinderella, where she played a mouse, was when she first discovered a love for the theater. Since then she’s been able to explore different styles of acting including devising, clowning and Shakespeare. Eager to continue learning, she was accepted into her high school's Integrated Arts Program for music and theater. Through her high school (and a summer camp) she discovered a new passion for digital design, photography and marketing. Currently, Molly is studying Public Relations at Humber College. When she isn’t studying or dreaming about summer, Molly is likely hanging out with friends, teaching herself a new hobby, reading, or cuddling her pets. Knowing from personal experience how impactful summer camps can be one for someone, Molly is thrilled to be joining the Maine Arts Camp staff this summer.
